Step 1
Fill out and sign the Application Form. Please see links below for downloads.
Both applications are the same. You only need to complete one application.

Use checklist below to collect the proper paperwork.
Application will only be considered complete if it adheres to the checklist.

Submit your completed application form together with the required financial documentation to our office:

Step 4
Once your completed application is delivered for review at our office, the manager will be in touch directly to discuss your particular situation and set up a time to review your application with you before it is sent to the board for final approval.
Once approved if a unit is available for you, you will be contacted to determine a move in date. If approved but no vacancies for your specific need are available, you will be put onto a waiting list for a six month period.
If your application is not approved the manager will be in touch directly and provide some feedback.
