Shelter is a basic need, the Humboldt Housing Authority (HHA) was created by Ministerial Order on May 28, 1968 under the authority of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation Act to support this need within the City of Humboldt.  HHA delivers public housing programs on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC).  The Humboldt Housing Authority is often an initial point of contact for individuals and families needing access to Social Services. We seek to coordinate with all supporting agencies for the betterment of the most vulnerable of our population.

Adequate, Safe and Secure SHC promotes independence and self-sufficiency by providing housing and housing services to people who could not otherwise afford to access adequate, safe and secure shelter.
